The Big Mouth Agency provides professional branding, marketing, design, website development and related creative services. Because our work is custom creative, strategic and technical work performed specifically for each client, the following terms apply to payments and cancellations.
Completed work is non-refundable
Payments for services, phases, or deliverables that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable. Our services involve custom creative work, strategy, design, development and reserved production time that cannot be returned or resold.
Deposits
Project deposits reserve production time and schedule capacity. A deposit may become non-refundable once work on the project has begun, including discovery, research, strategy, concepting, design, development or production scheduling.
Cancellations
Either party may end an engagement in writing. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client remains responsible for all work completed and time reserved up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid in excess of the value of the work completed, where applicable, may be refunded at our discretion.
Recurring services
Ongoing or subscription-based services may be cancelled with written notice as set out in your agreement. Cancellation stops future billing periods; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
Client agreements take precedence
Any individual client agreement, proposal, statement of work or contract supersedes this general website policy.
Questions or concerns
If you believe there is an issue with work delivered, contact us so we can review it. We would rather fix the work than argue about it.
